From 31 January to 4 February 2018 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation, under auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant lecturer was IA Staratorzhskiy, Vladimir (RUS).
The language of the Seminar was Russian.
Eighteen (18) National Arbiters from two (2) Federations (RUS, UZB) participated in the seminar and thirteen (13) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
