A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 5 December 2018 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Arab Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim, FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
