A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 18 August 2019 in Rosenheim, Germany, by the German Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Hotel Hoehensteiger, in Rosenheim.
The Lecturer will be IA Klaus Deventer (GER), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Jens Wolter (GER) and Ralph Alt (GER).
The language of the Seminar will be German.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
