FIDE Arbiters' Seminar in Antananarivo, Madagascar

A FIDE Arbiters' Seminar is going to be organized from 27 April to 3 May 2019 in Antananarivo, Madagascar, by the African Chess Confederation and Madagascar Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE. The venue of the Seminar will be the Panorama Hotel in Antananarivo. The Lecturer will be IA Bechir Messaoudi (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be FA Harison Andriamandimbisoa (MAD). The language of the Seminar will be French. The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
