From 1 to 5 February 2016 a FIDE Arbiters' Seminar was organized in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), Member of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
Twenty two (22) National Arbiters from Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Egypt and Tajikistan participated in the Seminar and eighteen (18) of them participated in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
