Report of the Seminar of International Organizers by Internet, held for the Confederation of Chess of America, May 18-21, 2017.
The examination consisted of 3 hours, where I contemplate the following agenda:
• Regulations of the Events Committee (General Regulations, Regulations of Events, Procedure of the Auction)
• Event management
• FIDE Identity and Sponsorship Guidelines.
• Rating and Titles - Tournament conditions
